Link/liNGk/ - noun: link; plural noun: links a relationship between two things or situations, especially where one thing affects the other. Feel total connection between you and the basket, feel total confidence in all putting situations, and feel like you have complete control on how your putt affects your score when you pick up the Link. The Link has a stable flight for a putter, able to take large amounts of spin without getting floaty and able to glide to the basket without fading out too soon. The Link fits the perfect all around putter for beginners and seasoned pros alike. This putter features a big bead on the rim that makes the Link feel comfortable and helps it glide out of the hand easily on every shot. The Link is slightly shorter than the P2 while not being short enough to qualify as low profile. Anyone who’s a fan of the P2 but looking for a smaller grip will find an immediate comfort in the Link. The Link has a straight flight when thrown, resulting in a putter that can be relied upon for any up shot needed on the green. Attack the basket head on, or adjust the angle of release and have a putter that can crush any hyzer or anhyzer line with enough glide to carry clear down the fairway.

Refund Policy

Returns:

Our policy lasts 30 days and your return must be postmarked within those 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Discs are as pictured. Small specs or swirls in the plastic can happen and do not qualify for refunds or free return. Preorder and mystery items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once we receive your item we will refund the item minus 15% for restocking. Spun discs are not eligible for return. If a Spun disc is attempted to be returned as new you will not receive a refund and may be banned from returning any future disc orders.

Damaged or Warped Product During Shipping:


If a disc or other product is damaged when received we require pictures of the damage. Once we have established that damage has occurred we will offer the option to exchange the product at no cost to you or receive 25% off on the product.

Wrong Weight of Disc:

In the event the marked weight of a disc is in question we will send you a label for a return. If the disc is less than 2 grams away from the marked weight the cost of the shipping label (About $4) plus the 20% restocking fee will be refunded. If we deem the disc to be more than 2 grams away from the marked weight 100% of the cost of the disc will be refunded. (Please note: After weighing thousands of discs I have found our scale to be about 1g higher than manufacturers. As such 1g will be subtracted from what our scale reads.) 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If your returned discs are deemed to have been used you will be notified and be responsible for shipping back to you.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.

  

Lost or stolen packages:

In the event of an order that is lost by the shipping carrier during transit we will refund your order and work with the carrier ourselves. If the package is marked as delivered we will work with the carrier as best we can to assist you in locating your order. By ordering from us you agree to provide a safe location for the carrier to deliver your order to prevent theft. We are not responsible for lost orders that were delivered.

Cancellations:

If you change your mind and decide to cancel an order simply email Blair@onyxdiscs.ca with your request. We will attempt to cancel the order and refund your total minus credit card fees (Credit card fees are always kept by the credit card company even on refunds and cancellations.) as long as the order is not shipped or in the process of being shipped.
